Experienced HVAC Technician
Service AND installation of residential + light commercial HVAC. 4+ years experience required, EPA Universal cert required. $2,500 sign-on bonus. Join a growing, locally operated team that values craftsmanship and integrity.

- ✓Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- ✓Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits
- ✓Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
- ✓Communicate findings and recommendations to customers clearly and professionally
- ✓Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- ✓Ensure all installations comply with local codes and manufacturer specifications
- ✓Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards
- ✓Participate in rotating on-call schedule as needed
What you bring
- ✓Minimum 4 years of HVAC field experience (service + installation required)
- ✓EPA Universal Certification required
- ✓Michigan Mechanical License preferred (or ability to obtain)
- ✓Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ✓Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- ✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ✓Excellent communication and customer service skills
