When a pipe bursts, the first move is yours: shut off the main water valve immediately (usually in the basement near the meter). Then call 517-423-3121. During business hours (M–F 8 AM – 5 PM) we dispatch a licensed Michigan plumber same-day in most cases. After-hours plumbing coverage is not currently guaranteed — if it's outside business hours and water is actively running, shut off the main and drain the lines by opening the lowest faucets in the house.
